Idea Sandbox
Half-baked ideas, shower thoughts, and things I might build someday. Some will turn into projects. Most won't. That's the point.
Actively Exploring
(3)Meeting Copilot
An AI that joins meetings, transcribes in real-time, and generates structured summaries with action items. Could plug into existing calendar and note systems.
Process Mining Visualizer
Feed in event logs from a business process and get an automated flow diagram with bottleneck detection. Applies DMAIC thinking programmatically.
Lightweight POS for Small Restaurants
A web-based POS system that's dead simple for small restaurants to use. Already built one for a local taco spot — could this be a product?
Sparks
(3)Change Readiness Scanner
A diagnostic tool that surveys an organization and generates a change readiness score with specific recommendations. Built on Six Sigma assessment frameworks.
Personal Knowledge Base
A RAG system that indexes my notes, bookmarks, and learning materials. Ask it anything and get answers grounded in things I've actually read and studied.
Buttery Roads Radar
Scrapes city paving records to find freshly repaved hills near you — buttery-smooth asphalt with no cracks, gravel, or chip seal to wreck a downhill longboard run. Built for hunting the best hills to shred, not just any street.
